Chief of Brewing Operations and Restaurant Manager

Jack Whybark has graciously agreed to be our new Chief of Brewing Operations / Acting Brewmaster, as well as the Acting Restaurant Manager, going forward.

Also, we are working with Ryan at Prospero Brewing, (And Jack) to get started, and reduce costs further, in our upcoming purchase of Brewing equipment.

Jack has also been a Brewhouse design advisor, and purchasing consultant for brewery equipment for such locations as the Baja Brewing co, Cabo San Lucas, MX.

Jack Whybark

Jack is a Master Brewer of 25+ years, having founded the Laguna Beach Brewing Company, and presided over it as Chief of Brewing Operations and Restaurant Manager from 1994 to 2003.

With his knowledge of Manufacturing / Automation, brewing technology and equipment, he has also been a technology advisor / consultant and purchasing coordinator for many of these same organizations he has brewed for.
