Chief of Brewing Operations and Restaurant Manager --- Jack Whybark has graciously agreed to be our new Chief of Brewing Operations / Acting Brewmaster, as well as the Acting Restaurant Manager, going forward. Bart Bullington --- Sadly, Bart had a stroke last month, and passed away about ~2 weeks later. He was in his 50’s. Bart was a brilliant Brewmaster and all-around great human being. He will be sorely missed - we appreciate his vital, unmatched help in the design, placement, and choice of our brewing system, and he will not be forgotten. We will miss him greatly.
